TIM HILL TIM HILL (Writer/Storyboard) helped Stephen Hillenburg form the “bible” for “SpongeBob SquarePants” pilot, and has been a writer on the series since its inception, in 1999. Before that, he was a writer for Nickelodeon's “Rocko's Modern Life.” An experienced filmmaker, Hill was the director of “Whoopi's Littleburg” this year for television.
