SAMMY SHELDON A graduate of The Wimbledon School of Art, SAMMY SHELDON (Costume Designer) began her distinguished career working with, amongst others, Garth Jennings on numerous commercials and promos. After transitioning into features with Assistant Designer credits on DreamWorks' GLADIATOR  and Working Title's PLUNKETT & MACLEANE, Sammy went on to design Ridley Scott's BLACK HAWK DOWN, CALCIUM KID starring Orlando Bloom and Al Pacino's  MERCHANT OF VENICE for which she received her second BAFTA nomination for Best Costume Design. Sammy was previously BAFTA nominated for the BBC's popular television series CANTERBURY TALES. Prior to KINKY BOOTS, Sammy worked on the cult hit, HITCHHIKERS GUIDE TO THE GALAXY directed by Garth Jennings, starring Martin Freeman, Sam Rockwell and Mos Def and is currently in Berlin designing V FOR VENDATTA for Warner Bros.
